Roll an odd number and that’s that, your friend is dead sorry bud. The extra steps add to it though. I could make up an RPG on the spot, odds and evens, and it would be fine, but you have to add Zeus and subtract Hermes for it to escape our orbit enough to seem magic. Rituals are the game.
