Location: Renting a cot in the cellar

Illuminata is a small, iron-handed lady with a semi- permanent squint. Her back is bent from her pin making days. Is between work. Owns a swan named Wonder whom she keeps in a carry cage.

Cristiolus-Leonardo "Len" Aventine

Location: Operates a jewelers shop on Spoon Walk

Jeweler and enforcer. Has worked for Ghoul Dada, but doesn't elaborate on the relationship.

Mid 50s, pot bellied (though you suspect its mostly muscle), hair in thick black oiled curls that frame a face like a stack of bricks. Wears tight fitting luxury clothing and huge amounts of jewellery so that he clinks when he moves. Very professional, polite but rarely shows emotion.

Hatchet, the horrifying chief security mandrill

Location: The Blancmange & Thistle

An almost gorilla sized mandrill, in charge of keeping the security mandrills in good order. Since Grunts returned his fabulous false teeth, Hatchet has resumed actively running the mandrill hoard of the hotel.

Ghoul Dada

Location: Unknown

A "simple market trader" who offered 10,000p for a particular saintly relic. A slight, balding man who runs a market stall selling cheap used clothes, furniture, and and anything else he can get a deal on.

Three Young Knights of the Road (Luella Zygmunt, Galanus Heavenly, Jaime Worried)

Location: Basement cots

Looking for work and are staying for a bit 'cos they heard it's cheap. Have experience in the undercity and are youthfully arrogant yet professional. Sabres and fancy jerkins. They want 200p each to go down, but they can be bargained with for cuts if they trust you.
